My partner and I spontaneously stayed overnight here and the front desk staff that checked us in were very friendly, welcoming and patient with us as we sorted out a minor payment issue on our end. The room was very clean and comfortable as well.

You need to install door openers for mobility disabled people. When nobody is at the front desk, it is impossible for somebody to enter your establishment on their own.
