The property is in a quiet location not far from town. Down side is dated furniture and outlook. Requires uplift and cleaning, Perhaps was a 4 start years back wouldn't rate it as such now may be 2. Adequate and friendly staff, though sometimes language barrier.

The place has great potential. A few things can be improved to make it better. The breakfast is basic, there is less things to eat each day. The food at restaurants is overcharged based on what you can find at nearby and better restaurants. Room are comfortable but amenities in room is lacking.. eg: there was only 2 hangers. Sanitary equipment is very old and outdated in bathrooms etc. The few improvements can give the place a better reputation and attract more customers.

Disappointing non-stay

Was brought to the hotel and asked to pay for the transport which they did not say how much before the transport. Then they told us they are full and sent us to another hotel which I paid for that hotel and asked for them to make sure hotels.com does not charge me. Did not do that for me. Poor management and support.

Friendly staff butt worn down

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself could be in better condition. It’s clean and all but everything is quite worn down.

I think this property has recently changed ownership or management since we last stayed there in 2017. It’s poorly run, terrible Management. The pictures on this site are misleading are not what the place looks like. Their rooms were nasty, mold in the showers, poor drainage, unvaccumed rooms. It was just a terrible experience.

Lite nyttig information!

Vi hade bokat taxi från hotellet, som skulle hämta oss från flygplatsen! Det kom ingen taxi, och när vi ringde hotellet, enligt personal fanns ingen taxibokning! Lita inte på va personalen säger, ta reda på fakta själv, tex att det va lång till busshållsplats, nej, 20-30 minuters promenad. Hotellet vill att man åker taxi till stan, kostar 20$, lokalbussarna kostar 600 Rwanda frc/person! Personal som jobbar i restaurangen, är otroligt vänliga/hjälpsamma! Maten är god, men dyr. Ät på lokala restauranger! Billigt och gott!

This hotel is tucked away in a quiet residential area. It was ideal for adjusting to the time change. It does require taxis to head to any points of interest. The food was good, and the staff was very kind and helpful. Our room needed updating (particularly the bathroom) but was very spacious and we had a beautiful view of the Rwandan hills.

Flott hotell med vakker utsikt

Hotellet ligger ganske høyt, og frokostsalen - restauranten har åpen utsikt mot Kigali. Det er svært tiltalende å spise frokost ute under tak, med vakker utsikt, eller middag i mørk sommerkveld med lysene fra byen i det fjerne samt utsyn til den fine hagen. Familievennlig svømmebasseng med tilgjengelig svømme-lærer/badevakt i helgene. Hyggelig personalet, god hygienen og fin standard. Store rom med store senger. Hvis vi har noe å klage på er personalet raskt på pletten og løser utfordringene. Rikholdig frokost og god og prisvenlig alakarte-meny for lunsj og middag. Et lite ferieparadis i seg selv!
