"The name of the property is Pool Resort Okinawa and I was very disappointed that the pool was closed. I feel like the name is false advertisement and there are not any other amenities on the property that make it worth the price without the pool. Very disappointed. "

"Taka, the host, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He messaged us to confirm check-in to meet us at the property and explain details about the cottage (including how to use amenities and check-out). The cottage was charming, well stocked with toys and crafts for the kids, and the fridge had drinks. There is a washer- dryer combo on the property which was also incredibly convenient. We would stay here again! Thank you! "

"It's a bit confusing to look for our unit with the link. There's only one room downstairs and other two are on 2nd floor and no elevator. We're disappointed that the toilets attached the rooms were locked. We have to share two toilets among 5 of our party. Other than these issues, everything about the house is excellent. "
