The staff member upon check-in was very friendly the check-in process was very simple and quick with no key deposit required. The rooms are very spacious and the hotel areas are very spacious and grand hence the name. The breakfast selection was plentiful with lots of Thai and Asian options and a large selection of western options too. In the hotel lobby area is a coffee shop with home made bakeries and the hotel also has it's own micro brewery and the prices seemed very reasonable. I will defintely be returning again.

Hotel is large and modern; nice high lobby. Breakfast buffet was good and for other meals the restaurant and room service had good choices both for Thai and Western food. Staff was very helpful and polite. Rooms are spacious with refrigerator. Also in good location with access to nearby small bars and central shopping mall

Good Hotel, just need to double check with the staff if you’re a light sleeper as you could very much hear the clubs and the pubs noise from the street below until they close, highly not recommended the connecting room if you can avoid it unless you wanna get sleepless nights other than that overall the place probably needs new carpets as you can smell it on the other hand the staffs are gems as they do make the place very warm, friendly, welcoming and helpful. Kids friendly if you’re on a family trip.

This is a wonderful hotel. The room is kept up nicely and it's spacious. The bathroom is large as well and has a bathtub and shower. You have a mini bar and complementary water which is great. The maid service was excellent and the staff at the front desk were extremely helpful. I really appreciate the price which was very reasonable
