「This has been my favourite hotel stay yet! The hospitality was exceptional, the food was incredible, the room spacious, chic, and super comfortable! But the highlight was definitely the team who took care of every detail and treated us like VIPs! I highly recommend and I hope to return! 」

「Had an issue with the safe in my room which would not open when we came back to the hotel.It was resolved after attempts by 3 different employees. Staff were very polite and the food was amazing.」

「Decent stay. Property is nice and well maintained. Rooms are on the smaller side but clean. Breakfast buffet was a mess, the hotel was understaffed to handle the crowd. It took long time to get a table cleaned and to get the orders served.」

「Staffs were great- excellent communication, prompt and competent. They really nailed customer service. The property was great with many facilities like pool table, archery range, live music and rooftop cafe. They can improve on selection of drinks (not many choices). One thing they should immediately pay attention to and rectify is safety. The outdoor area had glass boundary wall with steel hand rails. The bolts were missing and the and the rails looked unsafe. Guests should never touch them...
