Cozy guesthouse in old Khiva, a short walk from the main monuments and attractions. Decor inspired by local objects, with great taste. The owner and his family were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were incredibly kind. When I lost my adapter, they lent me one, which was a lifesaver for my travels in Khiva. They also provided a helpful brief on the city's history and culture

This hotel is amazing, it’s right in the old next to everything you need. Their WiFi actually works and the shower actually has water pressure. From the 4 hotels I stayed in Uzbekistan this one is easily the best for the value.

好立地で親切なスタッフのいるホテル

立地が非常にいいホテル。イチャンカラ内にあり、主要な観光地までは徒歩で行くことができる。未完成の塔までは徒歩3分だった。 ホテルの3階の屋上からの景色が素晴らしい！朝夕は屋上の椅子に座りながら、太陽に染まる街並みを見ることができる。 部屋は清掃が行き届いており、私の泊まった部屋ではバスタブはないがシャワーも問題なく使えて快適に過ごすことができた。シャワーの横にガラスの仕切りがあり、トイレ側まで濡れないような造りになっている。隣の部屋の物音も聞こえず、エアコンも快適だった。エレベーターがないことだけがマイナスポイント。 朝食はウズベキスタン料理をはじめ、いろいろな料理が並ぶビュッフェ形式。全体的に味は美味しい。特に目玉焼きとメロンが美味しかった。 スタッフはフレンドリーで親切。事前の空港送迎の車手配のメールのやりとりもすぐに返事が来た。また、宿泊時も観光に関するアドバイスをくれたり、送迎車のトラブル発生時も真摯になって対応をしてくれて問題が解決した。ヒヴァに来たら、また泊まりたいと思えるアットホームなホテル。

I stayed here in August 2025. The hotel was new and clean, having just opened about a month ago. Everyone was kind, the interior design was lovely, and the breakfast was especially delicious. Since the hotel wasn’t on Google Maps yet, I had to ask locals for directions to find it. I recommend checking the map provided by the hotel carefully before you go. The location was also great. 2025年8月に宿泊しましたがまだ新しくて、できて一ヶ月ほどの綺麗なホテルでした。 皆優しくて、インテリアも素敵でした。特に朝食が美味しくて、ウズベキスタンのいろいろなホテルに宿泊しましたが、特に気に入りました。日本人好みの味でした。Google mapにはまだホテルが載っていなかったので現地の人に尋ねがら場所をつきとめました。ホテル提供の地図をよく見て訪れることをお勧めします。立地も良し！
