Nice stay

Hotel has great location in a quiet area - just 5 min walk till main street Sumska and metro stations. Our room was standard and it means only twin beds, not kind size. We are satisfied with the service, smiling and helpful ladies at reception. Breakfast was included into the price, it is served at the ground floor at french restaurant Amelie. Fine choice of food as per the usual breakfast.

Great hotel but financial issue is dissapointing

Pros:Hotel is good (some modernization is required), location is great, staff is frendly. Cons: although I have paid 3200UAH to the hotel (through Hotels.com) I have got payment check for only 2500UAH and I cannot understand why. Hotel staff told me that exactly this amount they have received from Hotels.com that's why they can give me check for 2500UAH only. But I have paid 3200UAH of my personal money to the Hotels.com! As a result I will get refund from my company for only 2500UAH, thus loosing 700UAH of my personal money, and I cannot understand which fault it is.

6 nights in Kharkov

This hotel has a good location. It is within 5 minutes walk to the Metro, that was very good as we used it every day during our stay. The hotel reseptionists were very welcoming all during our stay. The hotel offered a good buffet breakfast. We would like to come back.

recommendable hotel

New hotel, there are still works on progress that do not disturb the stay. Personnel is extremely gentle and friendly, a real plus for this hotel. Cleanliness and room equipment very good. breakfast on average. to sum up very good price/quality ratio
