Tip top stay
I am a returning customer to this centrally located unique hotel. My room had a little balcony and was comfortable, warm and clean. The service was as, always warm and friendly, with a great breakfast menu downstairs. The price was value for money and in walking distance to the main attractions. Thank you

First time in Kharkiv, would highly recommend this boutique hotel, very cute and cozy!!! Centrally located , accessible to anything you want, stores, restaurants, cafes, park… very clean and cute with an old charm feel, tasteful decor, delicious restaurant right downstairs. We stayed on the 1st floor, a few steps from the front! The only con would probably be no elevator for higher level guests. Definitely would stay again!

A nice clean and cozy boutique hotel.
Goid location in the city center.
Hotel stuff is friendly and welcoming, fast check in and out. Enjoyed the deluxe roome for 1 night it was comfortable and i love the balcony.
One big admonition is the horrible servise in the restaurant during the breakfast! No body put attention on you till you come by yourself to the waitresses. Its like if you hotel guest you are not important client. Asked for a manager - nobody came. The breakfast was quite good .
And it could be better to save the passages free of cars for comfortable get in/out of taxi with luggage.

Well kept secret
Set back in a courtyard, you either know it's there or you don't. Inside, it's like walking into someone's house. There is bric-a-brac on the tables and old pictures of people on the walls. I was on the top floor but that wasn't a hike by any means. My room was super comfortable; walk-in shower, huge bed and a very well stocked fridge and there is a very good Italian restaurant in the courtyard. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Nothing to complain about whatsoever. I thoroughly recommend this hotel; I'll stay there again.

Nice but too hot.
Spacious room with a very interesting decor. The staff proved helpful and the breakfast in the restaurant tasted delightful. The only drawback was the room temperature. It was hot. But an open window allowed in the noise from the air handler. We will return, but I will ask for a room higher up in the property.

The Funny Review
1st trip to Ukraine and the staff (family) made me feel right at home. Nice cozy room, with great furnishings from the family themselves. According to the flyer, each room is furnished with furniture from someone in the family. How much more home spun, can you feel, when you get into your room, then this!!
I loved every minute I spent here!! I was even asked to partake in the festival of their hotel anniversary. How amazing is this?!?!

Et hotell, midt i blinken for min smak. Veldig sentralt. Skjermet fra trafikken. Koselig. Et hotell med sjel. Enkeltrom med enkel seng var litt uvant. Min egen feil. Har bodd der tidligere med brei seng. Restaurant i underetasjen som er renovert og utviklet siden sist. En positiv overraskelse. Den samme utsøkte frokosten. Forsøk havregrøt med nøtter og solbær. Også utsøkte og spennende lunsjretter. Anbefales.
