Clean, new, city center, no elevator

Please note that Google Maps shows the wrong address of this place. It will take you to Sumska 52 and not 53! These have 7 min walk in between. You need to Google for Vodafone Sumska 53 if you want to find the place. This place will not let you in after 20.00 even if you agree beforehand! They said yes no problem, then it turned out it was a problem when I arrived in the Airport. They do not speak English and do not know how to communicate, not even hotels.com could reach them. So please do not arrange anything after this time you will be out on the street like me. In the phone number in their profile there is one zero that you need to remove in order to make the call. But they will hang up. The place has no elevator, it is on the fifth floor. The room is brand new and comfortable, but you will need earplugs because it is possible you will hear your neighbours. It is in the heart of the city center, and perfect for going out and shppoing, etc. Price is also good and it is safe, like noone enters your room, not even the cleaner. Also I got a smaller room that matched the description but pictures were different. So all in all, clean, new, city center, small, affordable, but no elevator and only before 20:00.

One of my requirements was low floor level, which I mentioned during the reservation. No one answered me and when I got to apartment, it was very high floor and no elevator. It must be as a part of apartment definition. The description said we would have a king bad and in reality it was a twin bad. Shower room does not have any shelfs, which is not convenient. It was misrepresentation on the definition. Only one thing was nice - maids. They are tried to accommodate everything. Thanks to them.

great place, it's an adventure finding it

the apartment was tidy, in the central area of the city. very lighting and modern, cheap. bad points: we asked for two beds and the first day we had only one, the second day they gave us another room, this time with two beds; the main issues is that the owner, very kind and available, doesn' t speak english so you have to figure out something to comunicate. and overall, there is no signal for the hotel in the street, no writings or cartel, so it's tricky to find it. if you can accept to pay few bucks and have an adventure finding it, with the reward of a very nice place, give it a try.
