From the moment my car arrived at the hotel, I was completely speechless. There was this overwhelming feeling of awe that’s honestly hard to put into words. It was one of those moments where you just feel how special a place is. My room exceeded all expectations. I stayed in a deluxe cabin, and it was incredibly spacious and beautifully designed. The bathroom opened into the bedroom, which made the room feel even more luxurious and open—just stunning. The staff truly made this experience unforgettable. A very special shout-out to OY at the concierge desk, who planned my tours and went above and beyond to make sure my vacation was seamless and memorable. She genuinely took care of me. The front desk team and the JW Café staff were also exceptional—warm, professional, and attentive at every interaction. Another huge shout-out goes to the team at Ginja Restaurant. "Amazing luxury hotel . Room was fabulous with a great view of the sea . Private pool that wasn’t overlooked. Staff were pleasant and could not do enough tomake our stay special . The app for the hotel was hrwat as we could use it for a number of things from ro service to house keeping requests. "We liked the room we stayed in. It was so comfortable-from the beds to the kitchen, they thought of every detail. Our balcony felt very private. Loved having laundry in the room. The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond every single time we interacted with them. Excellent property and services! So well maintained. We also liked that there was a sister property that was walkable. We frequented the Turtle Island shopping center for dinner and shopping as well. The kids absolutely loved the pool areas.
