After checking in at the office, they texted me the location map that took us straight to the property, which was clean and well stocked with kitchen items, towels, etc. The heated bathroom floor was a plus. 「The unit itself is really quite nice. But lets start with parking. It's NOT close, its in a small lot that is ALWAYS FULL and then you have to chug your luggage across a field of snow to get tot he unit. And if you are late coming back from dinner, there isn't any place to park so you end up parking on the street even further away. They don't keep the sidewalks clear! 「Not a pleasant experience. We booked this place and was notified less than 48 hours prior that they accidentally overbooked due to computer error and cancelled our reservation. Management was less than friendly nor did they try to find us another accommodation. A simply "sorry" is poor customer service which left us in a bind at the last minute. Will not book here again. 」
