We do have housekeeping service, we just do it upon request. We have one housekeeper for the 8 room guesthouse. (4 rooms on the first floor and 4 rooms on the second floor). We are always happy to service your room. Just let us know! :-) If you arrived after hours this information is in the welcome letter if not we, let you know about this at check in. I do understatnd that there is a lot of information given to you and you may not have remembered this. You chose a standard queen room. We do have larger premium queen rooms also. If anyone has issues climbing the stairs they are encouraged to call the guesthouse direct to inquire about 1st floor accomodations.

We are pleased you had a nice time. We do have sleeping masks at the front desk for those that need them.

We are pleased you enjoyed your stay. Most times of the year the inn requires A/C to be running at all times. It's a rare occasion some one even wants the windows open. I'm happy you had comfortable weather while here. Thank you for the suggestions as well.

I am sorry that your ferry cancelled and you were not able to stay with us. Any changes in your reservation need to be done through Hotels.com / Expedia. They then contact us. We can not make changes to your reservation with out their notification.

I am sorry you were not completely happy with your stay. Being a 112 year old building with 8 guest rooms the 4 upstairs do have a staircase to them. If guests are not able to do the stairs it is recommended to call the guesthouse directly to inquire about a first floor room. There is a 6 person dining table next to the pool for having your breakfast. If you didn't see it or were not told about it, my apologies. We hope you give us another try with this new information. Feel free to talk to the innkeeper with any questions while staying with us.

I am sorry you were not completely pleased with your stay. We have just the 8 rooms and while my housekeeper is cleaning rooms I am stripping them and taking out the trash. Unfortunately, we are not able to grant late check out like a big resort. I do apologize.

We are pleased you enjoyed your stay. If you desire daily housekeeping, just ask! We are happy to accommodate. We have one housekeeper and sometimes we have 4 to 8 turnovers so we do stay over housekeeping upon request.

We are very pleased you had a great time with us Michael!! For clarification, the manned gate at the main entrance (on Southard) is the only way to drive in and out of the Annex. It is open 24 hours. After you receive your keys you will have a key for all pedestrian gates as well.
