Check in lady was amazing, and the room was great. Nice location to walk most places. Free parking was tricky, but we managed it. There was a leak around the toilet which made the bathroom floor wet and a little gross. Otherwise it was nice and we would stay here again.

The staff was excellent! The location was a little out of the way from activities on the island, so you'll need to drive a park to see most things. Parking is almost non-existent. We found some non-metered parking one block over, and wasn't an issue walking. The room was beautifully decorated, and had two mini-fridges, but no microwave. This is a historic site, so the bathroom was very small, but still worked. There is a bakery one block away where you can buy breakfast and coffee. The roosters will wake you up, as they were at our door three times a night!

This property is in an excellent location in relation to access all that Key West has to offer. For the price it is definitely a go to option. If you are visiting Key West to enjoy and experience the community, businesses, entertainment and wonderful weather that this island has to offer, this is a reasonable option.

The receptionist Lee was so cheerful and great! I just wish the property was the same😕. We were in the rooms across the street & at night it is loud with the noise of the cars and people so sleeping was a tad difficult. The pics online do look better then in person. The pool was very small. Only stayed one night; I could have not stayed longer. I wanted to like this place too

Charming old Key West property kept in beautiful shape. The pool was wonderful--large, warm, very attractive. No elevator, and we had to get luggage up and down multiple stairs...as 80+ year olds this was a bit of an issue...maybe you could check when making reservations about the mobility of the guests. (Most rooms didn't have so many stairs...we just got unlucky.)

The Fitch was a great location—-we were traveling with kids. It was just out of the party scene, but still walking distance to lots of great restaurants and Duval St. Very friendly and accommodating staff, and beautiful rooms. The pool area was perfect for ending our day. Highly recommend and look forward to coming back!

Pool is too small, no parking, outside business hour, we can’t get any breakfast, it said historical hotel, but building and interior don’t match architectural look and feel, It cost over $600 per just a night is not worth it.

Floors were filthy, our feet were black after walking around in the room. Had to duck our heads under the TV to get around the bed to get to the bathroom. Reservation said they have grab & go breakfast sandwiches & coffee etc in the lobby every morning.. NOPE, they informed us via Text late night after we checked in - that suddenly the management ended that & we should pick up coupons at the front desk for a reduced breakfast coupon to a bakery up the street And the Ice Machine was broken so you had to cross a very busy street to their other property for ice. We were told it was going to be fixed....NOPE .... Do Not Book this Hotel.... it's going down the drain.....

Staff was very nice but the room was not. I’m sure there were Better rooms that are more like the pictures but felt dirty. I brought 4 pairs of fuzzy socks and after 2 nights of just walking from the bed to the bathroom they were dirty. Overpriced in my opinion
