「We had an issue when we booked with Expedia on a double booking that I did not make. I only received one confirmation on 1 booking but at 2 days prior an email was sent that I didn't open confirming 2 rooms (I believe it was a glitch in the system as I only booked 1 rm) Because the reservation was completed on Expedia the front desk lady at Comfort Inn could not do anything to remedy this, however she called Expedia to request change. Expedia said there was no one in authority to do this,...

「Very comfortable room and nice hotel . My only complaint is about Expedia! It’s impossible to have a live conversation if you have to make an adjustment to the reservation. The only option is a AI chatbot or a Chat with an agent after working your way through the Chatbot . Better to book directly with Holiday Inn Express. Even then, I couldn’t talk directly to the Hotel and could only talk to the corporate customer service representatives. But at least I could have a real conversation with them.」
