「The check in was smooth.. id asked to check in earlier which was accommodated. I had a contact number for any problems or needing help. Earlie check in cost an extra £10. Very happy with room, nice and clean.staff very polite. Parking just down the road.. shame its not free. Lots of place's to eat in. Generally happy.」

「The room had everything I needed & was pretty clean. En-suite shower (no bath but I prefer a shower anyway), sink & toilet were clean & in good condition. Kettle with coffee& tea options were fine & the TV had the usual free digital channels. I've paid a lot more for poorer rooms.」

「Fabulous stay. I checked in online the evening before as the property does not have a recpetion. We got there about 3pm and the PIN we were sent was wrong. Luckily a man was there who helped by phoning for us. We were not informed of which room we had or how to access the key. Once again the man (sorry we do not know who he was) helped us - thank goodness. The hotel was beautiful. The location was very centeral but quiet. A huge and very clean room really good and comfortable. The password...

「Paul met us on arrival. Explained everything clearly. Very helpful and friendly. Dirty around property meaning on the main path outside property burst and rotten and smelly rubbish all along path guessing the council bin men have had strike action and council not quick enough to clean area up thoroughly.」

「Booked for somewhere to stay overnight close to the station. Nothing fancy, but felt welcome comfortable and safe as a solo female traveller. Didnt have breakfast but is smelled amazing.」

「Mandeep was a very good host phoned me on the day and asked what time I was to arrived I arrived early no extra charge for early check in. He also give me a parking permit so I did not had to pay for the parking was free. The room was average for me other than that everything was fine.」
