「Staff were very helpful and cooperative, especially Lynn on Front desk. We needed to make a few adjustments to the reservation and she was helpful, friendly and made the process very smooth. Room was clean and spaceous. Adequate gym but cables might need replacing soon. Common areas had adquate seating and were comfortable. Maybe 12 flat screen TVs in the bar / reception / breakfast area are a bit too much !!」

「I travel a lot. An because I've lived in so many hotel rooms. I have become very picky. The Best Western Chocolate lake hotel is the very first hotel I have absolutely no complaints about. The rooms are clean, spacious and perfectly maintained. The food at the hotel restaurant is amazing. Best Chicken parmesan I've ever had. The staff is sooooo friendly and helpful.
