Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
By far the worst place I’ve stayed at in Bali, the price was worth a great villa booking elsewhere! Newly established however not entirely finished. Corridor and rooms etc. Smart home/digitally controlled by app however too many malfunctions. Lights not turning off even with the control in the room. Aircon drips water. Room not cleaned beforehand. No toilet paper, no hair dryer no soap etc Fridge stopped working after random power outage. Said they will send their engineer to fix, never did. Best of all got locked out of the room because the door was jammed or malfunctioned.
