Thank you! Unfortunately, many details are innacurate - the entertainment system is...brand new! There is no electric fireplace it's gas (very safe) and like a regular fireplace. The guest also paid much less than 150 we are unsure where this number came from, but we would have been happy to discuss it during the stay - we appreciate the feedback and for you staying with us. Next time we suggest you contact the desk directly so that we may address your concerns while you are in the room, it is our pleasure to address and assist your needs in person. Safe travels ;)

We do not quite understand the modern review culture - if you tell us while you are here - everyone wins! We can fix any issues, and you are then happy. It's interesting some guests wait to say anything until they leave, at that point, it's too late. The thing is - we would have been happy to assist and fix any issues you noticed while you were here promptly, but without an opportunity to do so, we all lost with a negative review and you leaving less than satisfactory experience. I hope you and all future guests will consider more communication with lodge staff in the future. Thank you for staying with us.

It is strongly suggested you contact our staff DURING your stay, and then we can remedy whatever issues you might have. We treat each guest as an individual, and it is our pleasure to assist where possible. But...since we never heard from you, or had the opportunity to assist, the unfortunate circumstances in this case means a generic, negative review, and we have no way to learn how to be better. This is obviously not really good for anyone! We hope that guests understand it means a lot to us everyone is happy - let's be in this together, and help each other out, and just communicate!
