"At this time - August 2026, I would not recommend Chief Logan lodge. There's an HVAC/cooling problem that is being worked on but our real issue was the smell. Staff moved us to 3 different rooms but all had a terrible odor that caused one of us to have burning eyes and another to have a sore throat. ..."

"Love this motel. Very clean and private. Sitting on a hill all by itself. They were bailing hay in frontwhen I was there. A deer was behind the hotel. Very quiet and serene. I have stayed multiple times and it is always a joy. Staff is very friendly and breakfast excellent. I highly recommend this ..."

"Stay was very pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was on point also. Originally booked earlier this year in February for July and had to rebook for August due to a reschedule. Pool was closed in February and was still closed during our August stay. Other than that 👍"
