I really liked the room. Huge bed. I appreciated the ranch slider with a deck looking out into the forest. Very beautiful It almost felt like I was in a different country. Although a little dated, the room was well appointed and very clean. The only down side for me was the light from outside, even with the blind down the room was quite light. That could be a real plus for some people. Great communication and I’d be really happy to stay again.

This Property is nestled in beautifully Woodlands where the native birds of NZ can be heard gloriously greeting the morning and welcoming the evening sun.

Like many other places Covid has impacted on the maintenance of the ground and outside of the units. However the room and facilities inside the accommodation was clean and the decor was pleasent. The beds were comfortable and the water had reasonably good pressure. The receiption staff was not very welcoming but maybe she was not well as she wasn't there the next day. The night porter was very helpful and the reception staff the next day was good. The website needs up dating as the pool wasn't usable and the spa & the area around it seemed to have some health & safety issues with trip hazards. And the restaurant has been closed for some time. Even so our overall not to bad.

Friendly staff, and room was clean & tidy when i arrived. WIFI was spasmodic, worked better later in the evening, hard to work with this as I was up for business. Television and sky didn't work at all

Central Kerikeri, but pricey for room

Not really best value for money. Bed not so comfortable and a lot of spiders and insects crawling around. Some dead ones squashed on the wall too. Looked like a picture on the wall had fallen off and ripped some wallpaper too. At least they had a mini bar and tidy bathroom.

Motel getting pretty tired. Comfortable bed. Good location. Lovely tree setting. But tap water VERY smelly and undrinkable. Couldn’t drink tea or coffee as taste of water revolting. Place has need of a good going over with Wet and Forget!

The front desk person did not know anything about a "secret path" to the fairy pools... we got lost and wandered around for about an hour. the pool was closed when we wanted to use it.(after 7pm off the top of my head) the walls were very thin... we had very noisy neighbours, not the hotel's fault, but the doors and windows (esp in the shower room) didn't fee very secure.

While off a main road, the property is back from the traffic and very quiet. There is a beautiful bush walk right behind the motel.

The best beds and customer service in Kerikeri

As always, on arrival you are met by the lovely staff members who have your room ready, greet you by your first name and are so friendly.. Rooms are always clean and tidy.. if any thing needs doing just ask, they are on to it within minutes.. Rooms are spacious and clean.. the beds are sooooo comfy.. so lovely to sleep in these beds.. the best beds ever!
