「Very nice room, courteous staff. Problems with noisy and disruptive guests on our floor in middle of the night.」

「we asked for our. money back because we booked for 2 adults and when we got to the room it just had a double bed! the picture on expedia showed two beds. Bottom line, false advertising or they gave us a room for. a single person because they did not. reserve a proper room for us. in future we want the actual room number reserved for us so we can call motel and confirm room number and identify fraud if that is going on」
