"Gloria at the desk was wonderful! I needed to change location half way through my stay. They said I had a promo rate & probably couldn’t check out early. I did not know I had a promotional rate. Spoke to the manager & she said I would have a cancellation fee but could not tell me how much until transaction was completed so I stayed & had to drive more. I understand a fee but was advised the manager could override fees, etc. I felt it was not very accommodating in light of an unexpected need to change location. "

"We enjoyed the space of this room, made traveling with a toddler and a teen calmer. The bed wasn’t comfortable and the pillows were very thin. But everywhere was clean. I’d definitely stay here again. "

"I showed up a few hours early for check in, the lady at the front desk was very accommodating and was able to let me check in early, as well as having a lovely chat. All of the staff I interacted with on my stay were kind and courteous, and the room was clean and tidy"
