「Catbird hotel is one of the best ive ever stayed in. 5 stars in every category. The staff is always available and very helpful. The use of space with the elevated bed and projection TV made the room that much better. Just minutes away from Mission ballroom. Catbird will be my first choice for future trips to Denver!」

「We had a lovely time. There was a young staff at the welcome desk when we arrived that could have ruined our time there, but we didn't let them. They didn't welcome us and would not smile. Thank goodness they only worked twice on our 4 day stay. The free breakfast wasn't the best either. (Oatmeal was runny, fresh fruit was canned peaches and only wheat bread for toast). BUT the hotel, the bar (the food and drinks) and the rest of the staff was a "5". We would definitely stay here again. 」

「1. nearly closed to where I want to go during my visit. 2. Local transportation is quite convenient around the hotel 3. Didn’t have room cleaning everyday even I did the requested 4. Need to improve the variety of breakfast . 5 need to ask for towel changing and tooth brush and tooth paste every time. 6. No free bottle of water. 」

「Because I went to bed late and had to take a 9 o'clock bus to the airport at 3 o'clock in the morning. The service staff called me twice but I was still very sleepy. However, they waited for me patiently. I think they are very responsible!」
