Our room was amazing, rooms get cleaned everyday, they have AI WhatsApp which is great and helpful, WIFI is amazing all around the hotel, they have bars all around for proper hot and cold drinks , snack bar , beach looks fantastic, you can see sunset which we didi one morning around 5:54am ! Food is all inclusive and IT IS SO FRESH AND TASTY, lots of variety every single day!!!! You can not stop eating haha. Staff are amazing also and so helpful and freindly.

Not enough options for ala cartes. You had to pay person to have an ala carte. The pools and beach were great. They had excellent shows at night.

The staff were awesome, the cleaning was on on point with a great variety of food options. The only area that needs a bit of improvement is that of activities for guests. During our stay it was relatively quiet as it was off season but the only activity for adults was darts. Management should look at getting more activities organised to help make guests stay in bit more interactive even during off peak periods

Konaklama genel olarak başarılıydı. Bir turizm çalışanı olarak değerlendirdiğimde oldukça tatmin ediciydi. Sadece otelin içindeki kücük hayvanat bahcesindeki tellerin ardındaki hayvanlara çok üzüldüm. Esir gibiler… hava kötü olmasa eminim deniz ve havuz kullanımı da mükemmel olurdu.

I did not really like the food options. The restaurant was always overcrowded and you would always need to be in a queue to get a food. You have to request cleaning every time, and I did not feel cleaning was properly done as for 5 star hotel. For example I havent seen any loo disinfection signs.

A la carte restaurants closed

The hotel write, that they have 3-4 a la carte restaurants, but only two was open - and that was on the same site, so one day it was italien and next day fishrestaurant and one day closed. We will not come back Because of this - they should inform about that, as it is important to us, when we choose hotel.

Otelde ekim başında kaldık Rus turistler ağırlıklı olarak konakloyordu. Denizi temiz ancak büyük çakıllardan oluşuyor yüzme bilmeyenler için biraz tedirgin edici olabilir. Kurumsal bir havası olduğunu girişten itibaren hissesiyorsunuz. Ki zaten Aksa jeneratöründe dahil olduğu Kazancı holding tarafından işletilen bir tesis. Tavsiye ederim.

They have the rudest receptionist in the world. Ayşn, try to avoid dealing with her if you don’t want to ruin your stay at the hotel. The food is average at best, and the entertainment is below average. The desserts are just piles of sugar with no real flavor. As for the toiletries — the shampoo feels like cheap hand soap, and there’s no conditioner provided. The beach is a big disappointment: it’s full of rocks, and many guests end up getting injured. The entrance to the water is especially bad — covered in sharp little stones that make it nearly impossible to walk in without hurting your feet. Another major issue is communication. Most of the staff only speak Turkish or Russian, so if you speak English, it’s very difficult to get proper help or service. That said, the hotel itself is very clean and the surrounding landscape is absolutely beautiful — those are probably the only highlights of the stay.

Otelden ve odalardan genel olarak memnun kalmakla birlikte ilk giriş yaptığımız gün odamızı upsell ile yükseltmek istedik. Resepsiyonda görevli arkadaşlar ekrana bakıp back officede bulunan müdürlerine gidip sorduklarında uygun oda olmadığını ilettiler. O sırada siteniz üzerinde uygun oda olduğunu söylememe rağmen “hangi odayı satın aldıysanız o odada konaklamak zorundasınız size açıklama yapmak zorunda değilim.” Dedi. Müsait odanın olduğunu gösterip açıklama yapmak zorundasınız dedim isterseniz satın alın veremeyiz o odayı dedi. Resepsiyon müdürü/yetkilisi rus bir bey gayet iyi Türkçe konuşuyor olmasına karşın anlaşamadık. Bu olumsuzluk haricinde gayet keyifliydi.
