Bize gösterilen odalardan birisi hariç hepisi 3kişinin kalmasına küçüktü. O bir tanenin de karşı görüntüsü iyi değildi. Mecburen 2. Katta bir oda verdiler. Önceki yolculardan kalan kullanılmış sabunları bizim kullanmamız için bırakmışlardı. Klima bozuktu. Odadaki telefonun kulaklığı bozuktu. Şifreli sandık bozuktu. Yemeklerin kalitesi hiç ıyı değildi.internet çok zayıftı. Günlük 2 dollar verdiğinizde daha iyisini alabildik....

Otel konum itibarıyle güzel ancak yemekler, hijyen çok çok kötüydü. İlk defa bir otelde aç kaldım.Nohut, kuru fasulye, ne olduğu belli olmayan ete benzeyen şeyler... Gelelim asıl konuya; otel çalışanlarının müşterilerle senli benli konuşmasını mı yazayım animatörlerin ve barda çalışan çocukların tek derdinin rus turistlere asılmak olduğunu mu yazayım bilemedim.Özellikle animasyon rezaletti.Bütün gün kim kimi ayarlayıp akşam çıkacak diye uğraşmaktan başka bir şeyle uğraşmıyorlardı.İyi isimler de yok değildi. Otelin marketini çalıştıran abimiz ve genç garson kardeşim Buğra oteldeki diğer çalışanlara nazaran sürekli güler yüzlü ve sadece işleriyle ilgilenen personellerdi. Bir daha gider misiniz derseniz market çalıştıran abimiz için gidilir, otelde size her konuda yardımcı olacak tek kişi. Animatörlerle ilgili şunu söyleyim, otelde su kaydırağı olduğunu , animasyonun nerede yapıldığını otelden çıkış yapacağımız gün marketi çalıştıran abimizin bize su kaydırağı olduğunu söylemesi sayesinde öğrendik. Animatörlerin otele gelen genç rus kızlar dışında ilgisini çeken pek bir şey olmadığı için başka bir şeyle ilgilenmeyi tercih etmiyorlar. Sorsan info yapıyorum derler:) Son olarak otelin plajı ve odaları ortalamanın altında.

Otelin tadilata ihtiyacı var. 2 oda değiştirdik. Yemeğe yoğunluktan dolayı geç gittiğinizde seçenekler azalıyor. Personel ilgili. Havuzlar güzel. %90 Rus misafir vardı. Plaj fena değil. İskele olsa daha hoş olabilirdi.

Yemekler çok özensiz ve kalitesizdi. Bizim kaldığımız akşam yapılan biber dolmasındaki pirinçler diş kırıyordu. Sabah kahvaltısı için aman ne olacak domates, peynir, salam diyorduk ama yenecek gibi değildi. En ucuz ürünler kullanılmıştı ve kokuyordu. Otelin tek beğendiğimiz yanı kendi plajının olması onun dışında her şey vasattı!

Hotel is nice - rooms are a bit tired

The hotel and general facilities are good. The rooms are tired and need updating. However, I just use the room to sleep and shower, most of the time is spent at the beach or by the pool so it didn't ruin my stay. The Turkish Bath was excellent.

Wordt gepresenteerd door een totaal ongemotiveerd personeel. De inhoud en de manier van presentatie laat te veel wensen over. Wifi bereik alleen in de openbare ruimte de hal/lobby. In de kamers of restaurant geen bereik. Zwembad moet schoner. Tijdens ons verblijf van 5 dgn niet schoon gemaakt.

Not suitable for families. Found it boring

Will not be going there again. It is not and ideal resort for children. To far out and wasted a lot of time on long coach jorneys to excersion. Hotel was nice.1 big swimming pool.the other is a paddling pool for children. It is more for adults who want to relax. Beach entainment very little.

The hotel is quite poor, it is closer to 3-stars, than 4-stars. Internet is awful, only in the lobby and almost all the time no connection. Food is poor, only watermelon is good. All inclusive is from 10 am to 10 pm (for soft and acohol drinks). Beach is good. Room furniture is quite old, no mini-bar. Bathroom is disgusting. I can't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hôtel exclusivement RUSSE pour les français à éviter,la nourriture est passable mais sans plus pas beaucoup de choix souvent les mêmes plats qui reviennent. La WI-FI dans le hall n'est pas satisfaisante viens et repart toutes les 15min. ET CERISE SUR LE GÂTEAU à notre arrivée PLUS DE CHAMBRE alors que nous avions réservés 3 mois a l'avance le type de la réception nous a ramener dans 1 autre hôtel à proximité pour la 1ère nuit DU JAMAIS VU! Sinon la piscine et la plage étaient agréable beau temps et jeux nautiques sur le bord de mer.Si vous n'êtes pas russes cet hôtel n'est pas fait pour vous

Ho lasciato l'hotel dopo la prima notte

Hotel che pubblicizza 4 stelle ma in pratica non arriva a due. Le condizioni dell'Hotel sono disastrose, probabilmente mai fatta manutenzione. la pulizia non sembra essere una priorita e la cucina per qualita del cibo e pulizia dell'area ristorante veramente deludente. Cosi dopo una notte ho lasciato la struttura e ne ho cercata un altra in loco.
