The hotel was OK. It delivers what you'd expect according to it's price point. Beach access and pool were the highlights. Lowlights include the service - majority of staff unfriendly and look like they'd rather be somewhere else. Drinks were bad, the beer was the only thing that was drinkable, the cocktails were atrocious. Food was ok but a bit repetitive and many guests would push and shove others out of the way to get their fix, something akin to pigs at the trough.

It was very clear that the entire facility was in a cost-cutting phase. All-inclusive hotels usually are, but this one was something else. There were usually long lines at bars and non-standard food items at meals. Some public restrooms closed off entirely. Little to no entertainment, especially at evenings. Very basic bar staples such as diet cola and ice were usually scarce. They quickly ran out of anything halfway special. "We don't have" and "we ran out" were things we heard so much. The staff was friendly and helpful, but very few in number. Looked overworked. Bad music blaring until midnight from next door hotel. I mean, I do not usually complain about noise, but this was something else. Some nights, karaoke from visitors entirely void of talent was blasted at full volume. And I mean FULL VOLUME Again, from neighboring hotels because nothing fun at this one. Overall, not worth the price. Sad to say. The place has potential otherwise.

Wir waren vom 27.10. bis 31.10.25 mit unserer Familie (ein Kind, 5 Jahre) im Hotel. Leider war der Aufenthalt insgesamt enttäuschend. Es gab keinerlei Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für Kinder – kein Spielplatz, kein Programm, nichts. Zudem waren alle Extra-Bars bereits geschlossen. Was besonders störend war: Das Hotel schließt am 31.10., und schon während unseres Aufenthalts wurden Dinge abgebaut und weggeräumt, obwohl noch Gäste da waren. Das hat den Eindruck vermittelt, dass die Saison wichtiger war als die verbliebenen Gäste. Bei der Buchung stand kein Hinweis darauf, dass wir kurz vor dem Saisonende reisen. Hätten wir das gewusst, hätten wir uns wahrscheinlich anders entschieden. Insgesamt okay zum Übernachten, aber für Familien in dieser Zeit definitiv nicht zu empfehlen.

Notre séjour a été parfait du début à la fin. L’hôtel est très propre, bien entretenu et tout le personnel est exceptionnellement gentil et attentionné. Je tiens particulièrement à souligner la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de Hakan (ou Hakim) à la réception, toujours souriant et prêt à aider pour rendre le séjour encore plus agréable. Un grand merci également au sauveteur de la piscine, très vigilant et bienveillant avec les enfants, ainsi qu’aux managers, toujours présents, attentifs et soucieux du bien-être des clients. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Kötü bir deneyim oldu

Gittiğim bir çok 4 yıldızlı otellerin hizmetleri daha iyiydi. Oda temizliğiniz gerçekten çok özensiz. Öncelikle oda temizlendi diyerek giriş yaptığımızda ıslak paspas kokusu tüm odayı sarmıştı. Klozet içi sararmalarınız,duşa kabin çevresinde oluşmuş küfe benzer lekeler.. su ısıtıcılar bile her oda temizliğinde ıslak bir bez ile silinse bu kadar özensiz durmaz.kişisel bakım kitleri bile misafirler isterse konuluyormuş, biz isteyince depodan çıkartıp getirdiler fakat yine de eksik iletildi .Terlik,diş fırçası macunu vs..bunlar misafire verdiğiniz özeni gösterir. İki havlu koymanız odaları temizlediğinizi göstermez. Ütü istedik kullanıp hemen geri vermek üzere böyle bir hizmetlerinin olmadığını ilettiler. Barlarınızın görüntüleri ve personelleri çok özensiz,alkol yanında tamamen şık durması adına çerez tarzı ikramlık verebilirsiniz. Barlar var demek için konulmuş gibi. Yemek konusunda aç kalmazsınız fakat çok çeşitlilik beklemeyin. Personellerinizin yüzde doksanı mutsuz çalışıyor. Çocukların havuz dışında vakit geçirebileceği park yok, Mini Club diye küçük bir yer oluşturmuşsunuz ama oda var demek için yapılmış gibi kuytuda köşede bir yerde içi yine özensiz. Sahil ve havuz temizliklikleri geçerli düzeyde. Animasyon ve eğlenceyi yapan arkadaş işini olabildiği kadar iyi ilerletiyor. Denize geçiş -1 den tünel yoluyla ulaşımı rahat sadece. Yine de 5 yıldızlı diye beklentiyi çok yüksek tutmamanızı öneririm 👍

Hayatımda kaldığım en kötü otel deneyimini yaşadım. Bu otelin 5 yıldızla uzaktan yakından hiçbir alakası yok. Yemekler son derece lezzetsiz, hijyen sıfır ve kesinlikle özen gösterilmiyor. Çeşit varmış gibi görünüyor ama kalite ve tat açısından tamamen hayal kırıklığı. Odalar pis, çarşaflar lekeli ve temizlenmemişti; banyo hijyeninden bahsetmek bile mümkün değil. Hizmet kalitesi ise tam bir fiyasko. Personelin ne ilgisi var ne de güler yüzü… Misafir memnuniyeti kesinlikle öncelik değil. Ben 5 yıldır uluslararası turizm sektöründe çalışan biri olarak söylüyorum: Bu tesisin 5 yıldız ibaresi tamamen yanıltıcı. Maksimum 2 yıldız eder. Profesyonel gözle bile bakıldığında yönetimden temizlik ekibine kadar her şey rezalet. Tatilinizi zehir etmek istemiyorsanız burayı kesinlikle tercih etmeyin. Paranızı çöpe atmakla aynı şey. Özetle: Yemekler kötü, odalar kirli, hizmet sıfır, hijyen yok. Sakın gitmeyin, kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.”

İki aile olarak tatilimizde tercih ettik. Daha önce yorumlarda yemeklerin kötü olduğunu okuduk. Fakat yemeklerin lezzeti, çeşitleri oldukça fazla bulduk. Yemekler hem lezzetli hem de oldukça boldu. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Havuzları çok temizdi. Denizi de temiz ve iskelesi yeterliydi.

Tesis güzel temiz ferah denize yakın sadece bir tünelde geçiş var havuzu iyi iskele çok güzel. Odamız her gün temizlendi yataklar iyi banyo güzeldi.
