Şikayet

Hotele gittiğimde, rezervasyonumun sistemde gözükmediği söylendi, sistemde gözükmediği sürece hotele giriş yapamadım. Fazla para vererek tekrar rezervasyon yaptırmak zorunda kaldım. Para iadesinin yapılmasını istiyorum.
