Check in was quick and friendly. Counter person was great. Room was cozy, could use a couple of repairs, roof had a bit of a crack over all cozy and clean. Sandman Hotel & Suites Kelowna
The room was clean, lots of Towels, my only real complaint was that the Pool was extremely cold. There was some plumbing issues. The Staff were very friendly and helpful.
