"The staff was friendly. The toilet had poop in it when we got there but after traveling and getting in late with 2 small kids I just flushed and cleaned it myself. The toilet would run all night if you didn’t jiggle the handle. The shower was not the best. The rest of the room was clean. The breakfast was really good "

"Had no face clothes and found hot tub dirty had to clean hair out of it before use. Bed was however very comfy."

"The room we stayed in had lamp shades that kept falling off, and big gap at the bottom of the sliding door letting cold air come in. The bathroom sink was way to low. The bathroom walls were chipped of paint everywhere. I didn't like that there was not a microwave in our room. The TV remote batteries were dead. And the faucet in the shower did not work well. The people above us were stomping and running back and forth consistently the entire time we stayed up untill 11:05 pm last night, then early this morning it was worse. I called the front desk last night to complain and they told me they cant do anything until 11pm. I didn't like that we were told there is an adult hot tub to relax in but when we were in it peoples kids were jumping, doing cannon balls and splashing in your face where we had to move 3 times. they treated the hot tub like they were playing in a pool. I also did not like that they only gave you 4 options for breakfast and the chocolate milk tasted like a cleaning product. "

"Rooms were clean, areas for community were very clean, lots of activities for the kids. Swimming areas for all ages. Was a great stay!"

"Hair on both beds, stains on the sheets, dirty floors in lobby and room. Our friend who also booked her said the toilet still had human waste in it and hair on the sheets. A man in the lobby had to ask the front desk for disinfectant because they didn’t clean the bath tub well. "

"One night stay. Check in was fast and easy. Small selection but desirable items and reasonably priced convenience items in the lobby. The room was a good size and relatively clean. My daughter did find a used plastic spoon shoved down between the cushions of the desk chair but I can see how that could be easily missed. And there were long strands of hair stuck in the hair dryer. Bathroom shower had good water pressure which is rare and much appreciated! The hand sink didn’t drain well unless you took the stopper completely out. We loved that it was on the water. We watched the ducks and a boat come in from our window. The view wasn’t the prettiest (kind of industrial) but it was also the off season and everything looks dreary in the cold. The internet password didn’t work which staff was essentially no help in fixing. The pool was warm and provided towels. Got pizza from Jim’s pizza box right down the road which was good! Breakfast was lacking for sure but the coffee tea bar was always open and nicely stocked. Overall decent experience and price. Would stay again."
