Very nice greeting and when checking in. Breakfast ends at 9 am (too early for me)--even coffee was removed from the lobby by 9:15 on the day I was checking out. Pool and hot tub were great.

2 words: bed bugs. When I alerted the staff they said they “pulled back the bedding and didn’t see any.” Well, if you lifted the mattress you’d see thousands! I’ve never been more disgusted at a hotel!!

The time we were there was pretty short but it was very comfortable. The mattress was very nice and the breakfast gave us a good start to the day. We'll be back.

Great location close to Keizer Station shopping and lots of dining options. Clean, safe, and updated property. Huge parking lot. Front drsk was super friendly and nice at check in and check out. Brealfast ended too early and we didn't get to have breakfast. Lawn mowing/leaf blowing started eay too early in the morning! Not very happy about being woken up at 8am to leaf blowers. Can you at least wait til 9?? TV had sound but no picture on the morning of check-out which was a bummer. Guests upstaurs from our room was stomping around at 1am...wish these hotel floors were soundproof.

Lots of plumbing issues and other maintenance challenges in my room. I ended up leaving early even though I couldn’t receive a refund for early departure.

Great hotel in a good area with plenty of parking and a great gym! But our room smelled like perfume over cigarette smoke and staff was hit and miss, really nice evening worker when I checked in but a couple other times I needed things from the desk and no one was round for 10 minutes, I finally had to give up waiting without being helped.

The check-in was quick and the young lady was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. A good, hot breakfast was supplied, a great start to the day. One note, I've never seen a suite with two TVs, one on either side of the partition, about 11' apart. We didn't use both but it was unique. I'm sure we'll be back again.

The girl at the front desk was honestly so sweet. I made a mistake and booked a room with a king bed instead of a queen and they were full so we had to make do but you would think that she was the one who messed up. She went above and beyond and it was very much appreciated.

We had everything we needed. Included breakfast was amazing & my kids loved the waffle maker. I even hit the indoor pool on my last night. Pool was heated & room felt warm while having a view of snow outside. The room service was on point. Always came back to a clean room.

Hotel not as clean as rating and reviews say
The room itself seemed ok but upon going to inside the bathroom in the morning I discovered a bunch of ants crawling on the floors and all around the border of the bathroom and coming from under the walls somewhere. No way to tell if they were crawling in the room on the carpet area. I reported it to the front desk. They were also not willing to work with a refund for another reservation at alter date that needed to be canceled. Will not be using this hotel for future business trips to Salem.

My 4 night stay at best western!
The staff was incredible! They were very attentive, kind, and super friendly! They made my stay very welcoming and comfortable. I enjoyed chatting with them every time I came down to the lobby. This hotel offers breakfast and let me just say the dining area was very clean and the food was prepared very nicely. I enjoyed the waffle making station the most 😋 My room was very clean and I was surprised with how big the room was! Super Spacey, and cozy! I would definitely come stay here again, and will be recommending this hotel to friends and family of mine. It was also in a very great area. I felt very safe walking around outside by myself.

EV Charging Station - though only one. I lucked out and was able to charge. Brandy had a lot on her plate being the only front desk staff at the time of my check-in. But she was courteous and professional. I enjoyed my short interaction with her. She deserves a bonus

Very convenient for I5 in ice storm. Clean and quiet rooms, close to shopping and restaurants. Great pool, hot tub, fitness rooms. Very large rooms so good for 2 plus dog. Great breakfast. Only negative was lack of wifi in bedroom, fine in lobby and if you stood outside bedroom door, not very handy. Staff seem aware of problem and supposed to be getting fixed.
