Nice place with breathtaking view! Conveniently located in Lassi next to great beaches and at walking distance from restaurants and markets. Argostoli is 4 minutes away by car. Staff is great and kind as well as very helpful with tips to truly enjoy this beautiful island

We enjoyed our stay, the staff were all very welcoming, the pool and bar were great and beds were very comfortable. A nice area, easy to walk to a number of restaurants and into the capital.

Just spent a lovely week here. Room was compact but clean and adequate. Staff were very friendly and kind. Pool and bar are great. Property in a good location for both Lassi and Argostoli. I would be happy to stay here again 😊

Great place with lovely staff

This place makes you feel like you have a home on vacation. We absolutely enjoyed our stay there. The location is very good, near Argostoli's city center and within walking distance of many sandy beaches. We also made a new friend in Paul, who was very kind and helpful. We would surely come back on our next trip to Kefalonia.

Loved our stay here ! The hotel is located in a great location within a 10 minute walking distance to the main area of Argostoli. The hotel has a great pool with an amazing view, 5 minute walk to the beach. Also, the staff is so sweet here, and have 2 beautiful dogs, and cats who are sometimes on the property. Thank you for an amazing stay!

The apartments were easy to find, it has a lovely pool area and modern bar, always plenty of loungers free. It was a nice quiet area with stunning views! The apartment was a little outdated, kitchen and bathroom need updating and the tv was quite old, not many channels and quite fuzzy for evening viewing. But it was perfectly liveable. The maid came every day to change the bins and towels and bedding changed every 3 days. We had an issue with the oven and it blew the fuse but help came quickly and oven replaced a couple of days later. Close to both Lassi and Argostoli. Overall a good experience.

Lovely place - beautiful grounds which are expertly and lovingly cared for by a local, master Gardner. Our accommodation was basic, clean, and lovely - Upper block which meant some meandering from Fanari Rd but so easily accessible from the main rd going into Lassi and Argostoli. We loved the beautiful views, the hospitality, the nice little bar with a library (!) and reasonably priced drinks. We didn't partake of the pool but I should mention that everything is spotless. If you love wildlife there are beautiful birds that nest, and well cared for feral cats that chill. Hope to be back.

The apartments, pool and pool bar are just wonderful. We stayed in Apartment Ena and it was perfect. Fantastic sea view. Apartment had beds in living space and a separate bedroom. Had all you need especially a fridge (with Freezer compartment) and fantastic air con. Pool was lovely and no sun bed wars here. Plenty of loungers all with a parasol. Pool was open until sunset which was a great bonus. Pool bar serves great food and cocktails, all at a reasonable price. Closet beach was Kalamia Beach which we thought was best. Lovely and quiet with calm sea. Great for rock pooling and snorkeling Walk into Argostoli took about 15 mins down very steep hill. Definitely take the bus or taxi back! Dolphin Supermarket nearby has everything you need and more

This property is the most beautiful place i have stayed throught my entire 2 months travelling. The views are stunning, the rooms face the mountains and you can watch the sunset from your bed or verandah! Getting in contact with the venue before arriving was extremely difficult but upon arrival checkin was easy and i was promptly shown my beautiful clean room! The shower pressure was awful but other than that no problems with ammenities. A clothes line was provided too with pegs for your swimmers and the pool area has pool side chairs where you can enjoy the sun AND see the ocean. Location wise there are many great restaurants in a walkable distance, i also easily walked to and from argostoli harbour within 15 minutes each way, however its very hilly. The only negative is the beaches right in front of the apartment. A few are difficult to reach (crocodile) and some were just cliffs. The beach with sun lounges was more dirt and rocks, there is no bathroom at the bar there and ants were crawling all over me. I recommend makris gialos beach which was a 30 minute walk but super worth it! Overall i am so happy i chose metaxatos apartments and i will definitely be back some day

We had a lovely studio with view and we enjoyed visiting a different beach every day. Excellent mattresses and pillows! The pool bar was great too! Easy walking distance to Argostoli for the evening and €5 taxi to return after dinner. Will definitely go back. Thank you Christina and Keti.

Cannot say enough good things about the lovely Metaxatos! Firstly - They are in a superb location (midway between Argostoli and Lassi) short stroll to both. Kalamia Bay is across the road. The welcome from Christina and Paul is fantastic too. We loved the pool and beautiful bar area,(try the superb cocktails!) the views are incredible (sunsets amazing) The studio we had was comfortable super clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Finally kudos to the two ladies that clean every morning. They work so hard and always happy and smiling! This place is a Gem

Highly recommend

Excelk by location, near to everything but in a quiet location. Comfortable and simple accommodation with good facilities for self catering. Excellent value. The best things is the staff, Paul and Christine and all the staff are always keen to help with anything needed and solved a problem for us very quickly. Would highly recommend to others
