Highly recommend!

I have stayed at Alexatos several times and will do so again if I come to Agia. The apartments are comfortable clean and quiet, very close to the centre but set back, so almost no traffic and very quiet at night. Mirka, Demetrios and Steven are wonderful hosts and make you feel very welcome - they even helped me with some trouble with my rental car.

Lovely apartment in a picturesque harbour town.

We had a great stay at this beautiful family run complex. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was spotless and comfortable for a family of 4. Good air condition and amenities. Location was also great, only a short stroll to the harbour front where restaurants and bars are plentiful. Agia Efimia is a really pretty town and a great place for exploring the surrounding area of Kefalonia. All in all a very good experience and would definitely stay again.

Appartamento vicinissimo al mare dotato di tutti i confort (angolo cottura con frigo e lavatrice), condizionatori d'aria, 2 balconi, biancheria da letto e bagno, il cambio con la pulizia viene effettuato ogni due giorni. Ci ha accolto una signora molto sorridente e cortese che ci ha indicato le cose da vedere e ci ha aiutato a prenotare alcune escursioni. Agia Effimia è un porticciolo con alcuni supermercati, vari bar e ristoranti. La spiaggia è quella antistante al porto, ma a pochi minuti di macchina vi sono alcune spiaggiette di ciottoli poco frequentate con acqua pulita. Non è adatto a ragazzi giovani perchè non vi è alcuna attrazione.

Delightful rooftop studio with large balcony.

Friendly owners, made my stay very simple, booked taxi, did wash (I had been in London for a week),were always cheerful and welcoming. Excellent spacious apartment. Will return.

Grazioso studios a 2 passi dal mare

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.. Proprietaria molto gentile e a 2 minuti a piedi dal porticciolo di agia efimia.. Avevamo La camera numero 6 che veniva pulita un giorno si e un giorno no.. L'unica nota negativa é il bagno e sopratutto la doccia troppo piccoli, ma credo abbia altre soluzioni e cmq per il prezzo pagato andava più che bene! Letto un pochino duro. Ci tornerei

Lovely week at Alexatos

We stayed at Alexatos Studios for a week and really enjoyed our stay! The rooms have everything you could ask for including cutlery, cooking facilities, even blankets in case it gets chilly - no toiletries though but you can easily get some at the shops at the waterfront. Quite good location in a quite neighbourhood, just a couple of minutes walk from the waterfront, plenty of parking space. Mirka the owner was absolutely lovely, always with a smile and available to answer any questions :) Overall a lovely stay and would definitely go back!

Ottima sistemazione!

La proprietaria è molto gentile e fornisce tutte le informazioni necessarie per ottimo soggiorno. Ci hanno dato un appartamento grande e pulito, siamo rimasti tre notti e ci hanno cambiato gli asciugamani due volte. Agia Efimia e' un paese piccolo e tranquillo, vicino alle spiaggie che ci sono piaciute di più. Caldamente consigliato!

Appartamenti curati in centro di Agia Efimia

Camere piccole ma molto ben curate e pulite, proprietaria sempre presente in reception e dipsonibile a fornire info e suggerimenti. Posizione ottima sia per rimanere nei pressi di Agia Efimia (spiagge e taverne raggiungibili a piedi), sia per girare il nord dell'isola in auto.

Profumo di pulito

Al primo impatto con la struttura si capisce subito che si è arrivati in un posto speciale, ben curato ed ornato da fiori, profumo di pulito e molto ordinato ci si sente subito a casa. Il nostro appartamento (economy) si trova nel semi interrato ed è molto ampio dispone di 2 camere per un totale di 4 letti (noi siamo una coppia che sciallo) bagno e cucinino. Il valore aggiunto di questi studios è la proprietaria Mirka, una signora di una disponibilità e generosità incredibile e anche molto simpatica. Lei cura molto il benessere degli ospiti e gli studios sono sempre pervasi da profumo di pulito e bucato fresco. Gli studios sono a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Agya Efimia e inseriti in un contesto molto tranquillo. Unica pecca che negli appartamenti economy non ci sono balconi o spazi all'aperto però si può usufruire dell'area comune con tavoli e sedie presente all'ingresso. Super consigliato!!

The best!!!!!

Alexatos hotel exceeded our expectations! Myrka the owner and her family were very kind and anything we asked from her was never a problem. We were married on the island and upon our return to our room myrka had flowers, wine, and entire cake waiting for us in the room! Such a sweet unexpected gesture :) The studio apartments are clean and in a great location in Agia efimia, close to super markets, restaurants, car and boat rentals, beach etc. Myrka was also very helpful with telling us where the best beach spots were (myrtos and antisamos beach were our fav) you have to rent a car and explore the entire island-10 days was not enough! Traveler tips: eat at Captain Corellis-its 5 min walk from the hotel and it was by far the best and most inexpensive authentic greek restaurant on the strip with an incredibly friendly atmosphere.
