Loved the beach,beautiful property. The hotel was excellent, great room and food. Golf cart buggies would pick you up and take you next door to the other riu resort. We srayed in tge over water bungalow with orivate pool. The views were amazing, walk right off of the balcony and into the ocean room was a great size. Resort is very quite and relaxing.

This place is unbelievably beautiful. If someone gives a bad review, something is terribly wrong with them. There are no words to describe its beauty, cleanliness, safe atmosphere and clear water. We will be back!

This property was absolutely amazing!!! So beautiful, stunning, breathtaking. Could not recommend this place more! The perfect getaway to a beautiful destination! The staff was so friendly and helpful! I can’t say anything bad about this place or the people. I highly recommend! We definitely would love to come back!

Bed wasnt comfortable, our backs ache every morning. Room service menu wasnt great, no variety. Music at the pools or events was out-dated and boring. Other than that service was great, everyone always smiling and helpful. Wifi did go out 2-3x but they fixed it asap. Beautiful location, got great pictures and able to relax/unwind. Met some great new friends.

It was great all around. Marchee was fabulous. Her smile was incredible. The only suggestion I would make is about the shuttle service. They were fantastic but when they made the stop at the pickup point at the palace , he was stopping 10 feet behind the pickup point. Then all the rude people were jumping on before the actual people who were first in line. If he stops at the front of the sign , then the people who were there first would have an easier time to get on before the rude people who don't care about the line system. Not the hotels fault , just a suggestion to deal with the inconsiderate people there on vacation. Vacation was a perfect 10/10. All the people working there should be commended for their wonderful attitude and how hard they work to please the guests. Thank you

We stayed in one of the over the water suites with a swim up pool and the views were amazing. We were able to see small reef black tip sharks as well as a sting ray off the pier near the hotel lobby during low tide in the morning. Waters were crystal clear and warm. Staff was amazing and always around to make sure you had an enjoyable time. One draw back is that we asked for late check out since our flights home were very late but didn’t get informed until the day before that this was not going to happen so we had to spend 6 hours just waiting for our boat ride and plane ride to the airport with no where really to go relax. Also a little concerning when they had us leave our bags outside our room and just walk to the lobby to check out. I was concerned and called the office but they assured me there were cameras and they would be fine but still concerning. Overall a wonderful experience and we will definitely be going back !

Staff willingness to help with any request was fabulous. House cleaning was perfect and requests were completed efficiently. Food was fabulous in Krystal restaurant (as was the service by Kreshmita) and very good elsewhere. For a small island, its amazing what they have achieved. Our only concern was in the buffet restaurant one evening when it was very busy and the food couldnt be replenished quick enough, so choice was limited. Bar service and choice of premium alcohol was very good, and I only recall re-asking for our drinks once, but they soon arrived. Sanju and Desy always kept us topped up and provided great service. The island is kept pristine looking by a team of hard workers trimming shrubs amd maintaing the beach. The wildlife was great to see, which we hadnt been expecting. We came for some rest and relaxation, and the Palace provided that in abundance. If you want to do more activities, then the sister Atol island is well stocked with livelier entertainment and good water sports. We snorkeled all the reef and had a wonderful adventure. From baby shark within 2 feet of the waters edge, to ray and sharks off the jetty pier it was a fabulous experience. We chose to go on the boat snorkelling trip at $75 per person. The service and safety was very good but the reef location was very poor. The reefs on the island were much much better and free. This left us feeling that we had paid for a boat trip. Everything considered, the Palace is very good to excellent.
