Beatiful venue, great spa, flowers everywhere, exceptional meals. Deserves 4 stars. Two minor issues: (i) no elevator, (ii) getting from the town center up to the hotel is sort of a climb, unless you choose to make a 3 minutes drive or take a melex (electric taxi).

Great hotel in an exciting town

I ended up booking this hotel the same day of my stay due to another travel plan falling through, and I was amazed by what a great find this was. The restaurant is top-notch but still maintained a few easy kid options. Castle is a quick walk down hill, and the town can be reached on foot as well. I definitely plan on coming back for another great stay.
