「I had a great stay at Greenland Apartment Hotel in Kigali. The staff is very friendly and helpful, making sure everything was smooth during my visit. The apartment is clean, secure, and in a very safe area, with restaurants, amenities, and downtown all within walking distance. A special shout-out to Diane Mugabekazi, who cleaned our room—she is amazing, friendly, caring, and always willing to help. 「Very helpful staff. Changed my room to a lower floor because of the number of stairs. Hot water and good pressure in the shower. Promptly fixed a problem with the TV. Very central location. One night when there was a.large event at the hotel, the restUrant staff were less attentive and the meal took a long time to come, but otherwise food and service at the restaurant very good.」
