The staff was very attentive and friendly from the moment I arrived. The room was very nice and comfortable with all the amenities you could want in the bathroom. All the facilities are lovely. The ski rental/sales shop is huge and the staff was very helpful in assisting me in trying out boots and skis before I purchased. They also have a really nice high-end shop with a large selection of ski clothes and accessories.

Harika ve kompakt bir otel!

Temizlik iyiydi. Odalar ferahtı. Odalarda yeterli dolap vardı. Modern mimari ve kompakt yapıdaydı. Her tarafına kolaylıkla ulaşıyorsunuz. Kayak odası nezihti, tüm çalışanlar yardımseverdi. Restoran bölümünde yeterli çeşitte yiyecek bulabiliyorsunuz.içeçek hizmeti biraz zayıf. Kayak odasında pistlere gitmek için asansör kullanmak gerekiyor. Odalarda gerekli yan ürünler bulunuyordu. Ütünün olması avantaj.

Herşeye ulaşım çok kolay, çok büyük otel olmama özelliğini çok iyi kullanılmış. Odalara ulaşım, odalardan kayak odasına, odalardan restorana, kayak odasından spa ve havuza ulaşım çok rahattı. Servis ve hizmet çok iyiydi, çalışanlar çok seviyeli ve profesyoneldi. Kayak için otelden çıkış da rahattı, sağda ve solda telesiyej imkanı var, baby pist hemen karşısında. Restoranın chalette kısmı da çok kullanışlı. Dağ manzarası da çok keyifli. Tavsiye ederim.

Service nicht so gut

Das Hotel an sich ist sehr schön und sauber, hat auch eine super Lage direkt an der Piste. Mit unserer kleinen Tochter, die dieses Jahr Skifahren lernt, finden wir die Anfängerpiste ideal. Die Skilehrer sind sehr professionell und der Skiunterricht hat unserer Tochter sehr spaß gemacht. Der Service in der gesamten Anlage lässt allerdings zu wünschen übrig. Im Restaurant hat man Schwierigkeiten, einen Kellner zu finden, der einem Getränke bringt, teilweise wurden die Getränke sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen erst nach dem Essen gebracht. Auch im Chalet, wo wir zum Mittagessen waren, hat man lange auf die Kellner warten, zum Teil mehrmals aufstehen und einen Kellner rufen müssen. Katastrophal waren der Check-in und der Check-out. Obwohl wir schon vor Monaten unsere Ankunftszeit angekündigt und den Early-Ceck-in angefragt haben (und dieser uns auch per E-Mail bestätigt wurde), hat man uns bei Ankunft gesagt, dass ein früher Check-in nicht möglich wäre, weil das Hotel ausgebucht sei (den Parkplätzen nach war das Hotel nicht mal halbvoll). Nach langer Diskussion und nachdem wir alles gepackt haben, um ein anderes Hotel zu suchen, hieß es, es sei doch ein Zimmer frei, wir müssten allerdings die Hälfte des Zimmerpreises bezahlen und müssten das Frühstück on top noch bezahlen, obwohl wir Halbpension gebucht haben. Im Endeffekt mussten wir mehr als die Hälfte des Zimmerpreises bezahlen und Frühstück war trotzdem nicht inbegriffen. Beim Check-Out dasselbe Spiel.

This is a lovely, new hotel with everything you could want! The staff were all warm, friendly and helpful and made me feel very welcome and at home. I very nice person helped my unload my car, take my ski equipment to their locker room, showed me the facilities and took the luggage to my room. The room was nicely decorated and clean and fluffy robes and slippers were provided as well. The fee-free mini-bar was a special surprise and included large glass bottles of still and sparkling water, wine, beer, soda and even a bottle of kombucha. The Nespresso machine was nice to have for my morning cup of coffee. They have a spacious locker room where you can stow your ski equipment in lockable lockers so you don't have to drag your stuff up to your room and a door in the back leads to he slopes. The restaurant had a varied menu with prices that did not seem inflated (as they could be at a ski area) and the service was good. The morning breakfast buffet was large and exceptional with many hot and cold food choices. I did not swim, but, I looked around the pool area and was very impressed with the design.. it was a beautiful infinity pool with a huge window at one end overlooking the mountain. I had a very nice massage in the spa area that is as lovely as the rest of the hotel.. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience! I asked for assistance to get my luggage and ski equipment to my car and when I was done checking out, my car was waiting in front, loaded and running!!

Wonderful two day break for weekday skiing

The hotel is only 3 months (Mar 2022) old so everything worked well and was very clean. We wen Perfectly situated for the skiing pistes , ski-in ski-out, when we went was close to end of season (last week of March). We arrived Wed evening and left Friday evening, we had the place to ourselves..the pistes included! Although the trade off was that so some of the fun things we shut like the outside bar (at the hotel) and also pizza oven (can you believe it ;) )..but all in all facilities (gym, pool sauna) all open. If you can, try to get ski pass at the hotel, if only to save yourself a 50m walk in ski boots at the first lift. (as hotel is new) The ski equipment was virtually brand new from the in hotel ski rental shop (ender spor), so makes skiing that much more comfortable. The hotel staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The airport transfer was free, a very welcome addition to the stay...from stepping off the plane we were in our hotel room within 45 mins , great! The pistes are good enough for a couple of says of skiing, so all in all the Raddison makes for a great hotel to stay at for a family to explore Mount Erciyes.

Midden in de bergen met perfecte uitgangspunt voor een goede skivakantie. Mooie zwembad en sauna, Massage mogelijkheden zeer goed. Hotel was net nieuw begonnen en nog aan onderhoud bezig. Zeer goed op weg voor de nieuwe seizoen.

Mükemmel

Sadece kahvaltı yerine en azından yarım pansiyon olabilir. Onun dışında bizim için herşey mükemmeldi. Personel ilgisi ve sorunlara çözüm gayet hızlı ve pratik idi. Kayseri merkezden dolaşıp dönerken tipi nedeniyle yol kapandı. Bu süreçte otele dönmemize bizzat yardımcı olan ve aileden biri gibi çabalayan Rıdvan beye çok teşekkür ederiz. Çok emeği geçti.
