Güler yüzlü ve sıcak bir karşılama

Çalışanlarının aşırı güler yüzlü olması ve özellikle resepsiyondaki Semra Hanım'ın ilgi ve alakası tüm olumsuzlukları örttü. Otele gelirken beklentilerim ile konakladığım sürede yaşadıklarım farklı idi. Fiyat/performans olarak değerlendirdiğimde, otelin elden geçmesi (özellikle ıslak mahallerin) gerektiğini bizzat gördüm. Böyle bir otel yönetiminin bu şekilde detayları daha dikkatli görmesi gerekir.

1 gece kaldım oda temiz ve güzeldi. Fakat konaklama ücretinde kahvaltının dahi olmaması çok kötü bir durumdu. Kahvaltı eklenince fiyat çok yükseliyordu. Bunlar dışında güzeldi.

Très bonne alternative pour visiter la Cappadoce

Parfait si vous devez être proche de la gare routière. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables, l'insonorisation excellente. Je ne suis pas restée assez longtemps pour en profiter, mais il y a une piscine et un restaurant ouvert tard le soir. Une bonne alternative pour visiter la Cappadoce, vous êtes à 50 mn d'Urgüp.

Kayseri uçağımız kalmadığı için bizi bu otele aldılar. Çok güzel bir deneyimdi. O kadar yoğunluğa rağmen, hızlı c/in yaptık. Odalar çok büyük ve konforlu. Banyo temizdi. Yatak çok rahat ve çarşafla çok iyi durumda. Otelde eski bir şey yok, yeni duruyor. Kahvaltı oldukça zengindi. 6 çeşit reçel, 10 çeşit peynir (aynı peyniri çörekotu ile cesitlendirmeden) vardı. Restoran oldukça temiz. Ayrıca müşterilerin kullanımı için bilgisayar ve yazıcı da ücretsiz şekilde vardı. Her şekilde rahat ettim. Bir daha geldiğimde mutlaka kalacağım bir otel oldu. Özellikle gece resepsiyon ve güvenlik personeline bizleri mağdur etmedikleri için ayrıca teşekkür ederim.
