Güler yüzlü ve sıcak bir karşılama

Çalışanlarının aşırı güler yüzlü olması ve özellikle resepsiyondaki Semra Hanım'ın ilgi ve alakası tüm olumsuzlukları örttü. Otele gelirken beklentilerim ile konakladığım sürede yaşadıklarım farklı idi. Fiyat/performans olarak değerlendirdiğimde, otelin elden geçmesi (özellikle ıslak mahallerin) gerektiğini bizzat gördüm. Böyle bir otel yönetiminin bu şekilde detayları daha dikkatli görmesi gerekir.

Ailecek kayseriye dost ziyaretine geldik ve otelde milli takım futbolcularıda konaklıyormuş 3 asansörden 2.ni onlara 1 asansörü otel misafirlerine tahsis etmişler odaya çıkış yok iniş yok otel güvenliği herşeye karışıyor madem futbolcular kalıcak oteli komple onlara tahsis edin olsun bitsin bu soğukta otopark alanına giriş yok uzak bir alana arabanızı koyuyor ve eşyaları kendiniz indirip kendiniz taşıyorsunuz ve mesafe gerçeşten çok uzak heryer bariyer otelden bir kişi bile ilgilenmedi lobi kalabalık oturacak ve ilgilenen bir kişi bile yok odayı verdiler çıktık oda nefes alınmayacak derecede sigara kokuyor oda numarasını paylaşıyım 515 bizim ile gelen görevlide durumu anlayıp ben ilgili birim ile görüşüp geliyorum dedi ve başka bir oda verildi bir daha kayseriye gelirsem arabada yatarım bu otelde kesinlikle kalmam çocuklarım giriş ve çıkışta sürekli sorun yaşadı yaşları 7 ve 5 bu çocukları otopark alanına yürütmek güvenlikte sorun yaşatmak ne kadar doğru bir yaklaşım bu zincir oteller gurubuna yakıştıramadım personel zaten ilgisiz ve kaba resepsiyonda süleyman bey hariç bize yardımcı kimse olmadı.kesinlikle bir daha konaklamam.
