A disappointed hotel and never tried again.

Stayed in the Blue Diamond Hotel for 4 nights with disappointed and unaccepted experiences. First, the room is dirty with mosquitoes that I could find many on the wall even in the winter time. Also, there was no any towel provided. Second, the washroom is not satisfied as it did not provide any hot water. Although the Expedia claimed that the hotel provides hot water during whole day. Third, the environment around the hotel is not acceptable. I can hear noise every day started at 7am. Also smoke entered my room in the morning every day and made me feel uncomfortable. Forth, the staffs are not helpful as they refused to provide services even I asked for helps. I told them for towel and extra blankets but they only asked me to wait and finally they didnt provide anything. The price of this hotel is cheap but the services provides is surely not acceptable and I am sure another hotel with the same price can provide a better services.

Jeg valgte at betale lidt ekstra for et "luksus" værelse, men det var bestemt ikke luksus. Der var f.eks. ikke fjernsyn som jeg så der var på andre værelser. Der var instruktioner om hvordan man ringede til room service, men der var ingen telefon. Gardinerne lugtede fælt. Hygiejnen var så som så og jeg så flere kakkerlakker, især om natten hvis jeg skulle på toilettet så jeg hvordan de kravlede rundt på mit sengebord. De ansatte var egentlig søde nok, og der blev gjort rent, bare ikke nok. Jeg vil ikke bo her igen.

Good location, but poor service, rude receptionist

Room was large , but bathroom was very dirty and disgusting. No TV, only a remote and the phone did not work. Asked for an alternative room and receptionist was abrupt and rude and said no even without checking. They do not change bed sheets or clean the floor, which was very dirty right on the day of arrival. Nothing good to say about this hotel, except the good location. Will avoid absolutely in the future.

I would not recommend anybody to stay in this hote

Firstly, the rooms are not what it looks like in the pictures. The beds were too small, the bathroom was dirty. The water coming out of the sink was brown. Also, the room had no Remote Control for the TV. I had to walk to the front desk and ask for the remote. They said that they would send somebody to check it out. The phone in the room did not work. The front desk told me that the phone will not work. So, somebody came to the room with the remote but the TV did not work. The maintenance tried fixing it but it did not work. he said that he has to replace the TV, and left. Next day, I asked the front desk to fix the TV or give me a different room. I ran to the front desk 3 days in a row to get the TV fixed but they didn't do anything about it. I didn't get a different room either. So I finally checked out of the hotel.
