"Great location, clean room, the breakfast buffet options were great as well. We enjoyed staying at the Cosmopolitan hotel and definitely recommend it. We generally did not like the beach options nearby, but that has nothing to do with the hotel. Beaches nearby were dirty and the beach bar music was very loud everywhere. "

"Reseptionsten var fantastik, trevlig, hjälpsam och uppmärksam! Tyvärr drar övrig personal ner betyget vi beställde pizza vilket tog en jätte lång tid ca 40min, då var vi endast 2 gäster i lokalen samt 3 serverings personal som ägnade mer tid åt rökning och sina telefoner!? Frukost lämnar oxå en del att önska. Mycket medioker, inga grönsaker ellerfrukt, torrabitar omelett någon form av pastarätt med oliver, endast färdigskivat formbröd och grönkokta ägg, minst dygnsgamla inte nykokta! Tråkigt...

"Have been going to Greece last 25 years, mainly because of Greek hospitality.. this time (first time in this hotel) was everything but hospitality.. staff simple didn’t care about guests at all.. every morning debate at breakfast what is included and what isn’t.. ‘rules’ changing every day, mistakes happening all the time.. charged twice for same thing, never had cold water (35 degrees outside), etc etc on the beach, sun beds outdated, old more than ten years, falling a part.. waiting for waiter...

"The toilet bowl is very small and uncomfortable. The pinnacle of convenience, however, is the shower, which is a headset that deliberately has no place to put it, so that you can only hold it with your hand. " Very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffett was very nice. Room was small but adequate. Mattress was a bit hard for my comfort but ok for a few nights. Area was wall to wall hotels and beach goers over running the place. Very crowded beach. North of town a mile or so the beach was much wider and quite as crowded. "

"I stayed here for 7 nights in June. The hotel was beautiful, the staff is wonderful, and the cleanliness was top notch. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the morning sitting by the pool and beach. Highly recommend this place to all traveling to Katerini. "
