「First of all, when I went to 'Palugaha pilgrim resort' it was locked. Even the mobile was not reachable. I had booked this thro' Expedia. Fortunately the auto rickshaw driver was knowledgeable about the place so took us to a nearby place. This did not have any name but there was someone to entertain us. He claimed that was the Palugaha resort & also said there was no intimation from Expedia reg my booking. However, he was kind enough to arrange the room for us. After that, everything was fine....

「Worst Experience – This is Not Even a Hotel This place should not be listed as a hotel. It is located in the middle of nowhere, completely inaccessible by car. We had to walk a long distance on foot, during which we encountered wild animals — an extremely unsafe situation. Upon arrival, we were shocked to find that the entire facility was in a state of severe neglect. Mold was present everywhere — on the walls, ceilings, and even furniture. 「Hotel a 3 km de la ville, assez éloigné sans service a proximité. Safari trés cher. J'avais résérvé une chambre mais a mon arrivée il n'y en avait pas alors on m'a proposé le dortoir au meme tarif se que j'ai refusé et aprés discussion j'ai obtenu une tente-chambre. Trés bien dans la grosse savane mais prés de la grande route pas nécessaire du tout. Personnel serviable mais on sans que l'argent et le but premier du centre. 」

「很特殊的體驗，在sri lanka享受有如在非洲的感覺。Manager 行前介紹很詳盡，Full board的安排讓我們能完全體驗在帳篷與營地的氣氛。 晚上的營火晚宴令人印象深刻，大家圍著營火靜靜的與自己同伴吃著晚餐。早晨的 Udawalawe Safari 園區內也提供經驗豐富且努力讓我們看到動物的嚮導，直接從園區出發省去了接駁浪費的時間。 看完了大象，回營地整裝check out 的時候，竟然讓我們看到雌雄一對的孔雀從我們帳蓬門口經過。即使洗澡設備畢竟是在營地，無法如旅館般完善，但是也很舒適了。床很軟，晚上伴著星星與蟲鳴入眠。在這裡我跟我同伴都留下了美好的回憶」
