"Fantastic! I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Diaz. The Beautiful rolling countryside and coastline reminicent of North Yorkshire on a rare hot day! I made new friends! :) However, the village is somewhat isolated unless you have access to a car. The slow pace may well suit some. Unfortunately, the local railway servicing the smaller villages was abandoned some 15 years ago, in favour of the high-speed intercity railway, which is limited to servicing major towns and cites only. "I stayed here for 7 nights in June. The hotel was beautiful, the staff is wonderful, and the cleanliness was top notch. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the morning sitting by the pool and beach. Highly recommend this place to all traveling to Katerini. "

We generally did not like the beach options nearby, but that has nothing to do with the hotel. Beaches nearby were dirty and the beach bar music was very loud everywhere. "

Private parking at the hotel is the most valuable amenity, since finding a street parking spot is almost impossible. Staff is extremely friendly and responcive to all our questions, provides recomendations about the best restaurants, beaches and waterfalls in.the area.
