「It’s really too small for 4 adults. I could not even stretch my legs because the sleeping area is too short. I’m only 165cm tall. I’ve found a cabbage which the previous tenants left in the fridge so I think they didn’t clean up thoroughly. However the manager and the owner responded quickly and try very hard to fix the problem. I would appreciate that. They have prepared abundant of good quality skin care and supplies for tenants. Awesome. Free parking is great. 」

「No information on how to check in. Finally has to ring the door bell for neighbourhood house to contact the house owner. As a 民宿，I am expecting I can cook myself. But I have to pay 500 yen to use the kitchen. And the kitchen is extremly small just sufficient for instant noodle only. No place for cutting, putting plate. Location is ok. Walkable distance to JR and castle.」

「東山動物公園でスポーツの大会があり、2回目の利用です。 部屋のトイレがウォシュレットでないところと、シャワーはありますがお風呂無しなので、お風呂好きな人には近くに温泉もないので 不便かも。 10〜15分歩いたところにコンビニとコープがあります。ホテルからは少し遠いかな。 あとは特に不満なところは無く、スタッフの方も優しいし、布団もふかふかで快適でした。 また利用したいと思います。」

"Super great hotel!! It is new, so clean, the room is big and quiet. Service was good, can communicate with staffs in English. Parking fee 1800 yen per night is cheap. If i travel to nagoya again in the future, i will still choose this hotel. Excellent experience!"
