「We booked the "superior Double or Twin Room, Balcony", specifying "Please provide 2 separate beds". When we arrived around 3 PM, we were assigned a attic room without elevator access. After we showed the staff our reservation printout not matching that room, they finally re-assigned us to a room with a balcony facing the pool, but the bathroom sink has been leaking for 3 nights, during our entire stay.」

「It is a lovely and very convenient location and the rooms are well appointed. I found the service inconsistent: some staff were very friendly and attentive and others looked bothered by our requests. Similarly some rooms were clean and others clearly hadn’t been properly sanitized. The breakfast was excellent.」

「Good location, walking distance with luggage to the ferries. Close to everything. We had one of the rooms with a balcony overlooking the alley, which was nice. Multiple breakfast options, simple but good. 👍」

「Lovely little boutique hotel in an excellent location just a short walk from the port and all the shops and restaurants and bars. Delightful room with comfy bed and wonderful Spa Rituals toiletries in the bathroom which had an excellent shower. A delicious breakfast was provided at a very nice brasserie right on the main promenade. Great views and good for people watching!」

「The room was super clean and well kept. Maera was helpful and asked if we needed more towels or cleaning after our first day. She was wonderful. Ana was also great. She met us at the arrival and explained everything well. She was easy to get a hold of anytime. The room was situated walking distance from lots of restaurants, the riva and even a laundromat. We had a great time in Croatia」

「Great spot, centrally located within the palace walls and away from all the foot traffic so you can sleep well at night. The space itself is big with your own private balcony and incredible views! No complaints and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.」

「We were so well taken care of during the 4 night stay. They proactively gave us travel advice to reach Split, and to ensure we could find the hotel in the Old City area, a porter with a golf cart was sent to the ferry pier to meet us . When we left, a porter led to the Uber spot. Everything seamless. The hotel itself is pretty, clean, safe and convenient.」
