Perfect from start to finish.

Great stay. Staff were very helpful and professional. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet, with a nice view of the castle. We enjoyed the complimentary spa facilities, using the indoor pool, sauna and steam room. Breakfast was excellent, with large choice of hot and cold dishes to choose from. Also a good selection of cereals, breads and pastries. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel restaurant which we regret, as we seen the menu when leaving breakfast. Menu was varied and looked reasonably priced. When driving into town the hotel was very easy to find. It has a small car park out front, plus an underground car park.

A PLEASANT SURPRISE

After my previous night’s unsatisfactory accomodation, I breathed a sigh of relief when I walked into my room. Park Dedeman is a very comfortable hotel. It has everything you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Comfortable, clean, great location, and the shower was amazing. It was a pity that we only stayed for one night, and I would definitely stay here again.

Housekeeping çok iyiydi, otel havuzu ve çevresi çok güzel. Otel danışmasında yeterince otel ile ilgili faatliyet ile ilgili info verilmedi sadece bu yönden eksik diyebiliriz çünkü farklı bir otel bünyesinde bir otel olduğu(radison blue) için resepsiyonda bulunan arkadaşım bilmediğini söyledi bizlere. Fakat bu oteli kötü yapmaz arkadaşın bilgisizliği ve ilgisizliği personele yazar. Restorant daki personel ilgili. Kahvaltısı yeterli ve güzel. Akşam yemeği almamıştık biz ücreti karşılığında ilk akşam yedik sonrasında ekletmek Hotels.com dan daha pahalıya geliyor yarı pansiyon düşünmenizde fayda var. Çevresinde ücretli çok güzel plajlar mevcut, otelin kendi plajını tercih etmedik fakat edilebilir. Oda servisi yeterli ve ilgili. Otel odaları çok temiz ve her şey neredeyse konakladığımız tarihte sıfır gibiydi.
