We have just returned from our first visit to Sani Dunes having previously been to Ikos. In our opinion Sani knocks spots off Ikos and we cannot recommend this fabulous resort highly enough. Everything from staff to food were faultless and we will definitely be returning later in the year. 5* and 10/10!

Incredible experience

The best hotel and resort in greece by far, amazing beach with almost white sand, very nice staff, wonderful restaurants and astonishing location between two pine forrests.

Greek paradise

Brilliant holiday and they had sorted everything related so covid19 so we could just enjoy ourselves. They tested on arrival and the results were available in 10 minutes and then we were mask free the whole time. The hotel and all the associated restaurants were first class. The staff were great in every aspect. We will be back

Das gesamte Hotelkonzept war stimmig. Sehr gut dass man in verschiedenen Restaurants essen kann. Kinderfreundliches Personal. Nicht weit zum Pool und zum Strand. Genügend Liegen vorhanden. Die Volvo Tour empfehle ich auch.

Staff were amazing, they couldn't do enough for you. You were made to feel very special at this hotel. Hotel was spotless. Plenty of choice to eat out. Food is a good standard. A little pricey for drinks as they aren't included & if you want lunch thats a little pricey too but thats the only negative. Will definitely recommend to friends/family as its an amazing hotel.

Top Quality across the Sani Resort location. Sani Dunes The Staff are First Class, Friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Clearly geared to a more adult audience, whilst other locations on Sani Resort have a great deal more facilities for Families i.e.Port Sani, Sani Beach Hotel. I can't suggest any failings whatsoever.

A great hotel, great service but not cheap

Sani Dunes is a great hotel, only its second season so everything was new. For example the fridge in our room worked really well and that is not always the case. It’s really clean, the gardens are lovely and everything is on one level so if you’re not great on your feet there are few stairs to climb. We had a sea view suite and it's not cheap but it was 2 mins walk from the beach and the pool was at the end of our garden area. The service was great, the staff can’t do enough for you. The only down side is the 'dine around' scheme. As we were half board we got either lunch or an evening meal. The restaurants are split into three groups, buffet - you only pay for your drinks, set menu - you get to choose a starter, main and desert, you again pay for your drinks but also any sides you might like. Third, a la cart. Here you get 25 euro each off the price. However we found that once deducted there as a big bill to pay. We went to the beach house, had a great meal but still ended up paying over 100 Euro. Also, when we tried to book one of the restaurants on the same day they only had tables at 21:30. So if you really want to go to a particular restaurant, you had better know a few days in advance. The only other down point is the cost of drinks, over 5 euro for a diet coke etc. There is a mini market and we went there and bought drinks to have in our room etc. Overall it was a great holiday, we would defiantly return.

From the moment we arrived we were looked after so well. The hospitality was excellent which meant we relaxed and got into the holiday mode immediately. We were only there five days but were fully relaxed by the time we left. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to instantly relax. My only point would be I missed seeing a rustic authentic Greece as it is very resort based, but other than that it was perfect and we will be visiting again!
