A very pleasant hotel, with very kind and professional staff. I really enjoyed the hammocks by the pool and the Shushi at the Fiki Fiki restaurant. The stay at the hotel was enjoyable and I will definitely come back again.

My holiday at Kassandra Palace Hotel was amazing. The garden is a little piece of heaven. I would love to come back to this hotel for a future trip in Kriopigi in order to enjoy all their facilities and meet again their polite staff.

We had an excellent stay at the resort. More than anything else I would have to say that staff is really friendly. They do their possible to make your stay a pleasant one. Yes we read some previous ratings that the rooms where not up to date. Which is exacerbated a little. Yes they could do with some upgrades but it’s not in dire need. Food was amazing! All the restaurants in the resort also serves amazing food (especially Fiki Fiki) We are glad to stay here and we would go back again to the same place. If we are to go again.

Plage d l’hôtel belle, chambres grandes

Très bon: proche de la plage, plage privée avec des transports allongés, ascenseurs, bar sur la plage, restaurants à coté, chambres spacieuses, balcons avec vue mer, nettoyage chaque jour, verdure, décor, 3 restaurants, spa, piscine. Moins bon: manque de transparence sur la taxe de séjour car annoncée par hôtels.com 5€ par nuit/chambre, et l’hôtel facture 15€/nuit/chambre en disant que c’est les prix, mais pas de facture. Quelques insectes dans la salle de bain Le plafond a des fissures et métrite un rafraîchissement

La struttura è molto bella e funzionale. Al suo interno gode di svariati servizi e se si sceglie una vacanza non itinerante si può soggiornare comodamente al suo interno senza spostarsi. Buono il livello dei servizi dai ristoranti alla spiaggia. Unico neo la pulizia, nelle aree comuni potrebbero stare più attenti ai dettagli (gli ascensori per esempio in una settimana non li hanno mai puliti). Il ristorante fusion alla carta è molto buono ma troppo caro rispetto alla media prezzi della zona). Il servizio spa buono, abbiamo fatto uno scrub ottenendo un ottimo risultato.

We love the service minded hospitality of Kassandra Palace and the smiles of the staff helping out whenever needed. The breakfast and dinner buffé are excellent and good quality. Suggestions of improvements: We would encourage considering the beach bar waiters to use hats or sun glasses at the very bright beach strip, also alternate the lounge Music which is too much repeated. 😎 The palace garden is wonderful as well as the beach and pool areas. Good 3 star Hotel, not 5 star

Pros: This is a large hotel with beautiful well maintained grounds and beach, all outdoors area is very beautiful. The food was good, plenty of choice and fresh. Cons: location if you don't have a car is quite remote, close to a fast road with no pavement. Beds were the biggest nightmare. Very uncomfortable and twin beds pushed together although I requested double, the mattresses kept sliding off the bed frame, mattresses were very soft. There were loads of ants in the room and bathroom. Room and bathroom quite basic and a bit dated for a 5 star hotel. No bathrobes. We did stay in another 3 star nearby hotel 1 night and the room, bathroom, toiletries were much better and fresher, there were bathrobes, coffee machine with capsules and very comfortable double bed. Overall Kassandra Palace is not a bad hotel, but it's not a 5 star hotel. I'd say good 3 star hotel with beautiful gardens, beach, pool area. If you don't expect 5 stars, you will be pleased with this hotel.

Photos were very inaccurate as rooms were old and definitely not 5* quality. Bathroom needed upgrade and room wasn't comfortable - e.g. one chair in a double room. More like 2-3 star quality. We stayed in a far better 3* after this stay in the same region. Staff were harrassed looking at reception & not especially welcoming or helpful. Buffet staff & restaurant staff were good. Covid measures were reassuring - gloves, sanitiser and masks available. Beautiful pool and beach access and showers on beach. Kids pool and club and daily activities like Pilates. Overall it felt anonymous and utilitarian - not what I'd expect from 5*. Not bad value for a 3-4* experience but rooms did let it down.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Einen spezieller Dank geht an Vasilis, welcher uns am Strand immer sehr freundlich bedient hat. Auch an Despina ein grosses Dankeschön für alle Bemühungen. Insgesamt ist das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Meine Freundin hat eine Glutenallergie und der Kochchef hat jeden Abend immer vorgeführt, welche Speisen frei von Gluten sind. Wir waren sehr glücklich in diesem Hotel und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vorallem hat uns der Strand gefallen, welcher direkt am Hotel liegt.

The rooms are not in same condition as in pictures

Pro’s: the staff was amazing. The service was great, couldn’t have been better. They were so kind and polite. They made us feel really special. Everything outside the mainbuilding was gorgeous. It was a beautiful place, it felt so peaceful. There was sunbeds by the beach and a really nice bar. It was just perfect. There was a restaurant with a seaview (Magnolia). The food there was so good. Dont miss out on the moussaka & aubergine & choclate sphere if you go there. The breakfast was incredible as well. Cons: it was crowded at the breakfast and a lot of kids and families, not so couple-friendly therefore. Also the room were not good. It looked just as the picture but it was timeworn, the bathtub was rusty and the bed was hard as a rock. The ac was loud. We were not in the room so much because the beach was good. So it worked for us even though the room was bad.

Lovely place very friendly staff . Sea and scenery stunning. Food decent . Service was a bit slow but only because they were understaffed but those there worked amazingly hard . Did not want to come home .
