"My husband and I stayed at the Tokyo Bay Shiomi Prince Hotel in March 2026. The hotel is a little dated and could use some basic updates to improve its appearance. There is only one restaurant in the hotel which was a real problem for me. The food choices were limited, and the prices were a bit higher than what we paid at other well-known restaurants in the area. The hotel is located in a quite area and is approximate 20-30 minutes away from Tokyo. However, the hotel is very close to the train station. Some of the staff member spoke very little English, but for the most part the staff was very accommodating and friendly. One of the staff members, Quentin was absolutely awesome and very, very helpful. He went above and beyond customer service expectations to ensure that my husband and I received whatever help we needed to navigate our stay in Tokyo."

"Location is near to many eateries and linkages to Shinjuku station. 15 mins walk to Shinjuku Station and Express Bus Terminal. Rooms are small. The room was stuffy and aircon central control. Needed a fan to ventilate the room. "

"The room was lovely and large, with wrap-around windows and a great view of Tokyo Tower. There was a separate room with shower, bath and sink, and a "throne room" with an incredible sci-fi toilet that opened and closed when it sensed you coming in or leaving the bathroom. Since we booked through Expedia, we were told we could enjoy a free drink in the bar, but were disappointed that the only drinks offered with the Expedia coupon were wine, beer and soft drinks."
