「Hated the property 」

「I booked a week before, the room to stay in Pune to stay on 8 - 9 May. I fully paid. Except the mail from Expedia, there was no communication from the Stay staff. The mobile number given was not working. I had to book another hotel after reaching the place. They cheated us」

「Most everything was ok with a few exceptions. Water heater needs to be larger capacity. Front desk can be more responsive to customer needs. Certain amenities for drying clothes after using on-site washer needs to be provided to customer. Breakfast options should be provided to customer instead of whatever is on the menu for the day. English cable channels should be provided along with a list of available channels, it is too much work to go through channels and search for English language...

「The view of the hills shown in the picture on the website is outdated, there is no longer a view of the hills. The image should be updated to reflect the current surroundings. Additionally, the area around the property is not clean.」
