「This was our second time staying at joy island and we will continue to come annually. Staff and service is always extremely welcoming and helpful. This time round the buggy service was a bit slow which was a little disappointing but it was quite busy. Our server Alisha at palm beach was amazing. 」

「This hotel is exceptional, with impeccable service from the staff. We travelled with a 7 month old baby, and the staff (literally every single member) were incredible accommodating and just went out of their way to make our stay feel like a home! The room was large and really clean - can’t ask for any more. The excursions team were phenomenal as well - taking us few trips that have left memories stamped into us forever. I wish I could rate this hotel above a 10/10 by 」
